For my climate change articles, I just came off of a 14 day road trip from the Oklahoma Panhandle to Canada. They were beset with drought last year. This year, it's marginally better, but I thought to myself, "wow, look at all this land, this is where the climate refugees could go." Then I thought, "well, there goes the Ogallala Aquifer", which is NOT being replenished because of climate change. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide...
