Hi Dr. Yildiz, I was wondering if you have written any articles on intermittent fasting as it relates to weight loss. I read an article that one person did a fast of only eating in an 8 hour time frame, fasting for the other 16. They didn't realize weight loss, but increased muscle mass. Thank you.
