Hi Terry, we're in the same place for almost the same reason. Basic Medicare takes from my social security check what I used to use for one of my creditors, so now they all get less, and I get screwed over from paying higher interest on higher balances. For now I have Medicaid, but extended Medicaid ends March 30, when millions of people who can't afford even Obamacare will just go without. With a history of cancer I will definitely need a supplement (more money out of social security) and a Plan D (more money out of social security). I was praying to the algorithm gods to keep me finally making some good money on Medium, but that didn't come to fruition. So I, like you, will be looking for a part-time job come January 1. Living in the USA is just swell.
