I don’t know. I’m thinking there’s one thing that any man can’t conquer is nature. Nor should we. Shoring everything up against catastrophe will just cause more emissions, and every fire, flood, or tornado is going to be worse than the last. People are only responsible to a point. It was that areas turn to burn. There are not enough people nor money to clean our forests and dry lands. Unless more immigration????
