I found this article to be very depressing. I'm 65 now, and the other day, a man I was with said he thought I was about 51. But I know on the inside I am approaching 70, and I feel it.

I think aging is even harder for gay men, who compete with Instagram images every day. I function with such a sense of urgency that I get little sleep. I am freaking out, and this article did nothing to help, but I guess it has to be said.
