Stick with your guns! I went to college in Nebraska, and a couple of months after I began as a freshman, I could drink legally at 19! At the time they issued paper drivers' licenses. When I was 21, I went home to California for summer break, and no one would sell me alcohol because they thought my ID was fake! No picture.
