Thanks for the great feedback. I guess alcoholism on the reservations is our fault? So instead of focusing on the core of the problem, the state makes a law banning the sale of mini alcohol bottles. What do the alcohol manufacturers do? They come up with a new bottle that's maybe twice the size of a mini, and still cheap as hell. Like homelessness, one of those perplexing problems that seem impossible to fix.
