The ideas behind your suggestions are sound. Eat less, sleep more, exercise more. I was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer in December. During chemotherapy, I was too tired to exercise, and I began to eat sweets constantly, which I'd never done before. As a writer, I am too sedate. And my body clock is all out of whack--I often don't go to bed until 3am. Could cancer be what caused all these problems, or am I just being lazy? I will be 65 soon.
