This is scary.

I just had a squamous cell carcinoma removed from an arm. Fortunately in a part where the scarring won't be too noticeable. But god it was ugly, and big! I have olive skin, and am just hoping that will help me stave off any more. I do love being out in the sun, but it's 100 SPF for me from now on!
